Closure has begun

Somewhere around 6pm, 9-1/2 hours after the surgery officially began, the status sign in the waiting room reads CLOSURE. This means that the operation appears to be over and they are closing him up. We have been advised to wait for the surgeon in the ICU waiting room, and we expect he will be coming along shortly to give us a post surgical report.
I will update as soon as we know more.

    My parents and I have been checking in throughout the day and are glad for the updates. I know that we are especially glad that things are going smoothly. Praying for a quick recovery for Luke. We love you all sooooo much!!! You are a rock star Luke!!!!!!
